The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) is excited to announce that applications for the Commercial Façade Grant Program are still being accepted. This program provides financial assistance to eligible businesses through a reimbursable matching grant, covering up to 50% of project costs, with a maximum award of $25,000.
Eligible properties must be commercially zoned and located within the FPRA District. The grant program aims to encourage private investment in property improvements, enhance the visual appeal of buildings, eliminate blight, and ensure design elements meet current standards. Participation in this program not only improves individual properties but also contributes to the broader revitalization of the FPRA District, boosting property values, promoting economic growth, and supporting job creation.
