The City of Fort Pierce is hosting quasi-judicial training on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. This training, led by Randy Mora, Esq., will be available at 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, which is located at 100 N. US HWY 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34950.
The public is encouraged to attend this training to improve their understanding of meeting procedures and how quasi-judicial meetings are conducted. The discussions during the training will include an explanation of the concept of "competent substantial evidence," which is the standard of proof required as the foundation for decisions made by the Board.
Both training sessions will be broadcast on television, and the public is encouraged to participate and learn more about the processes involved.
