Sufficiency Review for Application Submittals

Application submittals for the following month's Technical Review Committee (TRC) meeting are due by the 15th of the month. Please e-mail the application and supporting documents to  as PDF attachments or a link. (Detailed Project and Design Narratives will need to be in WORD and PDF format)

During the sufficiency review, it will be determined if the submitted materials meet the code requirements. If the application is insufficient, an explanation will be given regarding what is missing and how to correct it. When a project passes sufficiency review, application fees, one (1) original and two (2) full-size, folded, and collated hard copies of the complete packet, and (1) additional full-size, folded landscape plan (if required) are due before the last Friday of each month to advance to the next month’s Technical Review Committee meeting. To avoid the planned assembly and collation fee, please follow the instructions above.  Additional copies will be required for subsequent submittals.

Hard copies and fees can be mailed to 100 N. US Highway 1, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950, Attention: Planning Department, or drop off at City Hall by e-mailing to schedule an appointment.

Fees can either be paid online by a credit card link or by check. If you would like to pay by credit card, please e-mail with the name exactly as it appears on the credit card and the best email address for the invoice link.

After the Technical Review Committee meeting, all project comments must be addressed and in complete compliance three (3) to (5) weeks, (dependent upon Ordinance review by the City Attorney) before being scheduled for the Planning Board meeting.
