To find out if the property you are interested in is located within the municipal limits of the City then go to Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser (paslc.gov) which will confirm jurisdiction (you will need the parcel ID# and or address). If the property is in St. Lucie County, then please refer to the links provided for the County Planning webpage below.

If the property is located within the City Limits, then use our Zoning and Future Land Use GIS: Our Zoning GIS (Geographic Information System) is an interactive mapping tool that provides detailed zoning information for properties within the City of Fort Pierce. This tool allows you to search for zoning designation and land use designations. Visit our Zoning GIS page Planning and Zoning Web GIS Application (arcgis.com) to access this valuable resource.

Municode: Municode is an online platform that provides access to our City of Fort Pierce code and regulations. It offers a comprehensive collection of ordinances, zoning regulations, and development standards. The fee is $100.00 and can be paid by credit card using a secured online link.  To receive the link, please provide the name on the credit card and the e-mail address for the link.

Once payment is received the letter will be written and the turnaround time is typically 2-3 business days.
